In order to assist us in this important role we are seeking an experienced tree inspector qualified to Level 3 or above (e.g. Technician’s Certificate, National Diploma in Arboriculture) or who holds the Lantra Professional Tree Inspection qualification. You must be experienced in all aspects of tree inspection and the specification of arboricultural works and have a good knowledge of the identification of tree and shrub species as well as common tree defects, pests and diseases.
Your duties will include the use of our computerised tree management system – previous experience of using such systems would be an advantage although full training will be provided.
Participation in the 24 hour emergency call-out rota may be required each month for one week; a payment of £59.03 will be paid for this period.
A full UK driving licence is required as is access to a vehicle for which mileage allowance will be paid.
