Health and Adult Social Care (HAS), Provider Service, Learning Disability Provisions
We are seeking to fill a number of roles to help us deliver our new vision for Health and Adults Services (HAS), in our in-house provisions for adults with Learning disabilities and/or Autism.

Community Facilitator Level 1 (X 3 posts, 35 hours per week)
Your role will be to directly support adults with Learning Disabilities and/or Autism to take part in a range of activities and opportunities within our resource hub, at small community based themed projects and to be actively involved in their local and wider communities.
We are seeking candidates who are committed, creative, dynamic and eager to do things differently; skilled staff with a ‘can do’ attitude who have service user’s preferences, choices and aspirations at the heart of what they do.
You will believe wholeheartedly in people with learning disabilities and/or Autism having control over their own lives and the services they receive, and you will actively demonstrate equality, dignity and respect at all times.
