We are excited to appoint to our new position of Deputy Principal for Behaviours, Engagement & Outcomes, a pivotal role for an experienced Assistant Principal or a talented Middle Leader ready to advance their career within a thriving college. As a senior post holder and integral member of the College Executive Team, you will drive our commitment to exceptional standards and strategic progress.
Your leadership will champion Quality First Teaching and Learning, inclusion, safeguarding, outcomes, pastoral support, attendance, punctuality, and learner behaviours.
